The training is an intensive preparation for everyday trainer life. For a week we learned a lot from theory about practice. We were also able to learn a lot for the future as a trainer through many of the trainer's reports. In terms of content, the trainer training was very detailed. We learned a lot about the optimal warm-up, a good course structure, the right equipment, appearing in front of course participants, avoiding injuries and a calm cool down at the end of each pole lesson.
